To ensure that clients had the best on-boarding experience, I developed an automated e-mail series that dripped 4 e-mails over the course of 2 weeks to answer FAQs, share a video regarding what to expect, make sure that waivers and membership agreements were signed, and encourage them to follow us on social media. Since implementing this funnel, retention has increased 25.2%, and office staff was less stressed during enrollment months.
